Katie Ledbetter

Having read European Studies in Trinity College Dublin, including third year at the University of Seville in Spain, law was a post-graduate calling. Katie is a financial services lawyer and has worked at top tier law firms, Maples and Calder and A&L Goodbody, where she trained as a solicitor. More recently, Katie has worked in global financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Northern Trust, in Dublin
and London.


Katie joined Deutsche Bank’s alternative fund services business in September 2014. The fund services business comprises both the alternative and long only business with asset management clients based in Europe, the United States and Asia/Pacific. Katie works in the transaction management group which is an integral component of the business covering all products. The main focus of the role is to ensure that all contractual documentation, as it relates to the structure of any given fund, conforms to Deutsche Bank policy and protects Deutsche Bank in its capacity as administrator, custodian/depositary, investment manager or middle office service provider. There is also a strong emphasis on regulatory support and project management.
